I agree that I am an approved company representative for this organization making the request, and by making this request I agree to the following: We agree that in return for the requested sponsorship donation, Hiller, LLC has permission to use your organization’s logo and name for any marketing purpose.
Legal Notice: Hiller requires all proposals to be submitted for evaluation at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, season, or program. Proposals submitted outside of this time frame will not be considered. Due to the high volume of requests received, Hiller asks that no telephone or additional email inquiries regarding the status of your request be made. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to requests that have not been approved. If you do not receive a response within 30 days of request submission, that means we are unable to honor your request.
Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas outside the scope of sponsorship proposals, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or other works (“submissions”) in any form to Hiller or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Hiller’s marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Hiller. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your submission says, the following terms shall apply.
TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Hiller, without any compensation to you; (2) Hiller may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Hiller to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
